Section 77-5-159 - Operations outside of state authorized

To the extent necessary in the judgment of the board to make effective the powers conferred by this article, the district shall have the power to acquire, own, operate, maintain and/or improve a generating and/or transmission system or systems outside the State of Mississippi.Codes, 1942, § 5448; Laws, 1936, ch. 187.
