Section 77-8-13 - Electronic receipt provided to rider

Within a reasonable period of time following the completion of a trip, a transportation network company shall transmit an electronic receipt to the rider on behalf of the transportation network company driver that lists:(a) The origin and destination of the trip;(b) The total time and distance of the trip; and(c) An itemization of the total fare paid, if any.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 328, HB 1381, 7, eff. 7/1/2016.
