Section 77-9-33 - Penalty

Any officer, agent, or representative of any company, corporation, association or firm, or any other person who shall violate any of the provisions of Sections 77-9-27 through 77-9-31, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and by imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not less than thirty (30) days, nor more than one (1) year.
