Section 77-9-485 - Authority of railroad inspectors

All inspectors on duty shall wear uniforms as prescribed by the Mississippi Transportation Commission, shall have the right to bear arms, and shall have authority to make arrests, and to stop and hold any train and the contents thereof which is being operated in violation of the railroad laws or the commission's rules, regulations or general orders promulgated thereunder.
