Section 77-9-173 - Entering upon land adjacent to its right of way

To enter upon land adjacent to its right of way for the purpose of making, or repairing, or changing the railroad, and to cut, quarry, dig, take, and carry away any stone, wood, gravel, earth, or other materials which may be necessary.
