Section 77-9-515 - Termination of powers and authority of officers

The powers and authority of any railroad police officer, whether appointed or commissioned pursuant to the provisions of Sections 77-9-501 through 77-9-517 or any former law of this state may be terminated at any time by the commissioner of public safety.Laws, 1976, ch. 441, § 8, eff. 7/1/1976.
