The annual report required by Section 79-4-16.22, Mississippi Code of 1972, for each domestic professional corporation, and for each foreign professional corporation authorized to transact business in this state, must include a statement that all of its shareholders are qualified persons with respect to the corporation or in the case of a foreign professional corporation that all of its shareholders meet the requirements of Section 79-10-91(2)(c).Laws, 1995, ch. 494, § 28, eff. 7/1/1995.
