Sections 79-11-701 through 79-11-719 applies to institutional funds existing on or established after July 1, 2012. As applied to institutional funds existing on July 1, 2012, this act governs only decisions made or actions taken on or after that date. Laws, 2012, ch. 356, § 8, eff. 7/1/2012.
