Section 79-11-123 - Signing false document which is to be filed as offense; penalty

(1) A person commits an offense by signing a document such person knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing.(2) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).Laws, 1987, ch. 485, § 12, eff. 1/1/1988.
