Section 79-11-141 - Liability for purporting to act for corporation where incorporation has not occurred

All persons purporting to act as or on behalf of a corporation, knowing there was no incorporation under Section 79-11-101 et seq., are jointly and severally liable for all liabilities created while so acting.Laws, 1987, ch. 485, § 21, eff. 1/1/1988.
