Section 79-11-149 - Activities for which corporations may be organized

Corporations may be organized under Section 79-11-101 et seq. for any lawful activity. A corporation engaging in an activity that is subject to regulation under another statute of this state may incorporate under Section 79-11-101 et seq. only if permitted by, and subject to all limitations of, the other statute.Laws, 1987, ch. 485, § 25, eff. 1/1/1988.
