A corporation may provide in its articles or bylaws for election of directors by members or delegates: (a) on the basis of chapter or other organization unit; (b) by region or other geographic unit; (c) by preferential voting; or (d) by any other reasonable method.Laws, 1987, ch. 485, § 63, eff. 1/1/1988.
