Section 79-14-1004 - Amendment of foreign registration statement

A registered foreign limited partnership shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:(1) The name of the partnership;(2) The partnership's jurisdiction of formation;(3) An address required by Section 79-14-1003(4); or(4) The information required by Section 79-35-5(a).Added by Laws, 2015, ch. 453, SB 2310, 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
