Upon the issuance of a certificate of authority by the secretary of state, the foreign investment trust shall be authorized to transact business in this state for those purposes set forth in its application, subject, however, to the right of this state to suspend or to revoke such authority as provided in Section 79-15-129.Laws, 1978, ch. 463, § 8, eff. 7/1/1978.
