The Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce is authorized, in his discretion, to issue an order to stop the sale or distribution of any product found to be in violation of this chapter. Any order to stop the sale of any product regulated under the provisions of this chapter may be appealed to the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County or the chancery court in the county where the violation occurred within thirty (30) days of receipt of such order.Laws, 1988, ch. 481, § 14; Laws, 1993, ch. 457, § 8, eff. 7/1/1993.
