Whenever a provision of this chapter requires that a filing state an address, the filing must state:(1) An actual street address in this state; and(2) A mailing address in this state, if different from the address under paragraph (1) of this section. Laws, 2012, ch. 382, § 4, eff. 1/1/2013.
