§ 79-4-7-47

In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by this subchapter shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except for Sections 79-4-7.43, 79-4-7.45 and 79-4-7.46.Laws, 1993, ch. 368, § 10, eff. 7/1/1993.
