Section 81-13-28 - Member or employee not to participate in matters in which he or she has pecuniary interest; penalty

A member of the board of directors or a member of the credit committee or supervisory committee or an employee of a credit union may not participate in the deliberation or the determination of a question affecting his own pecuniary interest or the pecuniary interest of a corporation, partnership or association in which he is interested.
