Section 81-25-5 - Authority of commissioner to issue rules, regulations and orders

The commissioner is authorized and empowered to issue such rules, regulations and orders as the commissioner may deem necessary in order to perform his or her duties and functions under this chapter and to administer and carry out the provisions and purposes of this chapter and to prevent evasions thereof.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 20, eff. 5/1/1997.
