Upon applying to the commissioner under this chapter for a license to establish and maintain a Mississippi state branch or state agency, a foreign bank shall pay to the commissioner an application fee in such amount and in such manner as the commissioner shall require by regulation.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 28, eff. 5/1/1997.
