Section 81-25-141 - Notice of acquisition or merger

A foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a Mississippi state branch, Mississippi state agency or Mississippi representative office shall file with the commissioner a notice, in such form and containing such information as the commissioner may prescribe, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after such foreign bank becomes aware of any acquisition of control of such foreign bank or merges with another foreign bank.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 44, eff. 5/1/1997.
