(1) No foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a Mississippi state branch, Mississippi state agency or Mississippi representative office shall relocate any such office unless the foreign bank provides prior written notice to commissioner and the commissioner shall have approved such relocation.(2) Written notice provided by a foreign bank under this section shall be in such form and contain such information as the commissioner shall require by regulation or order.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 45, eff. 5/1/1997.
