Section 81-25-151 - All reports subject to subpoena and public access

All reports of examinations and investigations, correspondence and memoranda concerning or arising out of such examinations and investigations, including any duly authenticated copy of copies thereof in the possession of any foreign bank, shall be subject to subpoena and public access to the same extent as if such information pertained to a Mississippi state bank.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 49, eff. 5/1/1997.
