Section 81-25-157 - Requirement to give notice that deposits and credit balances are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation

Each foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a Mississippi state branch or Mississippi state agency shall, in a manner established by the commissioner by regulation or order, give notice that deposits and credit balances in such office are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 52, eff. 5/1/1997.
