A foreign bank which is licensed to establish and maintain a Mississippi state branch or Mississippi state agency shall be subject to the same limitations with respect to the payment of interest on deposits as a state bank which is a member of the Federal Reserve System.Laws, 1996, ch. 441, § 53, eff. 5/1/1997.
