Section 81-9-19 - Surrender of assets to receiver; reports

The state comptroller shall forthwith surrender to the receiver possession of all the assets of the bank, including the books and records thereof, and shall render to the receiver a true accounting and report of all transactions concerning assets and liabilities of the bank during the period of the state comptroller's custody thereof. Whereupon, future liability of the state comptroller with reference to said bank shall cease.Codes, 1942, § 5249; Laws, 1934, ch. 146.
