Section 81-9-59 - Compensation of liquidator and other employees

The directors shall fix the compensation of the liquidator, may employ and fix the compensation of counsel for the corporation; and may employ and fix the compensation of such clerical and other employees as they may deem necessary or advisable to carry on the business of the corporation.Codes, 1942, § 5270; Laws, 1934, ch. 146.
