Section 83-5-33 - Insurance business practices regulated; unfair methods of competition and deceptive practices prohibited

No person shall engage in this state in any trade practice which is defined in Sections 83-5-29 through 83-5-51 as, or determined pursuant to said sections to be, an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance.Codes, 1942, 5649-03; Laws, 1956, ch. 329, § 3.
