Section 83-5-717 - Severability

If any provision of this article, other than Section 83-5-711, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such determination shall not affect the provisions or applications of this article which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end the provisions of this article, with the exception of Section 83-5-711, are severable.Added by Laws, 2019, ch. 343, HB 324,§ 9, eff. 1/1/2020.Effective date and filings - Section 10 of Laws, 2019, ch. 343, HB 324 provides: 'This act shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 2020. The first filing of the CGAD shall be in 2020.'
