Section 83-1-153 - Application of provisions

The provisions of Sections 83-1-151 through 83-1-169 shall apply to:(a) All domestic insurers, and(b) Any other insurer doing business in this state whose state of domicile has asked the commissioner to apply the provisions of Sections 83-1-151 through 83-1-169 to such insurer.Laws, 1991, ch. 377, § 2, eff. 7/1/1991.
