Any person or entity unable to show that it is subject to the jurisdiction of another agency of this state, any subdivision thereof, or the federal government, shall be subject to all appropriate provisions of Section 83-1-101 and all laws of this state regarding the conduct of its business.Laws, 1989, ch. 351, § 4, eff. 7/1/1989.
