If a surety bond is filed, any applicant defrauded or injured by any wrongful act, misrepresentation, or failure on the part of the automobile club with respect to the selling or rendering of any of its services may bring suit on such bond in his own name; but the aggregate liability of the surety for all such suits shall, in no event, exceed the sum of such bond.Codes, 1942, § 5670.9-06; Laws, 1971, ch. 467, § 6, eff. 9/1/1971.
