Automobile clubs shall be required to execute service contracts with their members. No service contract shall be executed, issued, or delivered in this state until the form thereof has been approved in writing by the commissioner.A service contract may be in the form of a written agreement between the automobile club and a member, or it may consist of a completed application, a membership card, and a written description of services to be rendered by the automobile club.Codes, 1942, § 5670.9-14; Laws, 1971, ch. 467, § 14, eff. 9/1/1971.
