The commissioner may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any club agent's registration for any of the following causes:(a) If the club agent violated any of the provisions or requirements of this article;(b) If the club agent has misappropriated, converted to his own use, or has illegally withheld monies required to be held in the fiduciary capacity;(c) If the club agent has materially misrepresented the terms or effect of any contract or has engaged in any fraudulent transaction;(d) If in the conduct of his affairs he has shown himself to be incompetent, untrustworthy, or a source of injury and loss to the automobile club service-buying public;(e) If the club agent has been convicted after registration of a crime involving moral turpitude.Codes, 1942, § 5670.9-20; Laws, 1971, ch. 467, § 20, eff. 9/1/1971.
