Section 83-17-423 - Appeals

Any person aggrieved by any action or decision of the Commissioner of Insurance under the provisions of this article may appeal therefrom to the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County in the manner provided by law. The circuit court shall have the authority and jurisdiction to hear the appeal and render its decision in regard thereto in termtime or vacation.Laws, 1993, ch. 433, § 12, eff. 7/1/1993.
