Section 83-19-43 - Qualification of certain stock sales with securities exchange commission

Any insurance company formed under the laws of the State of Mississippi, whose organizers or incorporators consist of one or more nonresidents of the State of Mississippi, shall, in addition to having the approval of the commissioner of insurance of all stock sales, likewise qualify the sale of stock in such company with the securities exchange commission.Codes, 1942, § 5661-05; Laws, 1958, ch. 438, § 6, eff. 5/6/1958.
