Any shareholder of any domestic stock insurance company which is a party to a merger, consolidation or exchange of securities as described in Sections 83-19-99 through 83-19-123 shall have the right to dissent and receive fair value for his shares by complying with the procedure set forth in Section 79-3-161, Mississippi Code of 1972.Codes, 1942, § 5670.7-27; Laws, 1972, ch. 419, § 7, eff. 4/27/1972.
