Section 83-21-43 - Time allowed before judgment

No plaintiff or complainant shall be entitled to a judgment by default, or a judgment with leave to prove damages, or a judgment pro confesso under Sections 83-21-33 through 83-21-51, until the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of the affidavit of compliance.Codes, 1942, § 5705-15; Laws, 1958, ch. 450, § 5.
