The association shall file in the office of the commissioner on or before March 1 of each year a statement which shall summarize the transactions, conditions, operations and affairs of the association during the preceding fiscal year ending December 31. Such statement shall contain such matters and information as are prescribed by the commissioner and shall be in such form as required by him. The commissioner may at any time require the association to furnish to him any additional information with respect to its transactions or any other matter which the commissioner deems to be material to assist him in evaluating the operation and experience of the association.Laws, 1987, ch. 459, § 14, eff. 4/14/1987.
