The Commissioner of Insurance is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to the extent necessary to regulate the sale and solicitation of burial contracts and in addition may issue a cease and desist order and conduct hearings on any association or individual who is deemed to be in violation of Section 83-37-29.Laws, 1991, ch. 450 § 2, eff. 3/26/1991.
