Any dissolution or liquidation of a corporation subject to the provisions of this chapter shall be conducted under the supervision of the attorney general and the state board of health. All assets of the corporation shall, upon dissolution or liquidation and after adequate provision is made for the discharge of all debts and obligations of the corporation, be transferred and distributed to the state board of health to be expended by it in providing dental care and treatment for indigent persons.Codes, 1942, § 8775-17; Laws, 1962, ch. 234, § 17, eff. 5/7/1962.
