A nonprofit dental service corporation shall be subject to regulation and supervision by the state board of health, state auditor, and the attorney general as provided by this chapter. It shall not be subject to the laws of this state now in force, except as herein specifically stated, relating to insurance and corporations engaged in the business of insurance, nor to any law hereafter enacted relating to insurance and corporations engaged in the business of insurance, unless such law specifically and in exact terms applies to such nonprofit dental service corporation.Codes, 1942, § 8775-04; Laws, 1962, ch. 234, § 4, eff. 5/7/1962.
