Section 83-48-9 - Repeal of Sections 83-48-1 through 83-48-7

Sections 83-48-1, 83-48-3, 83-48-5 and 83-48-7, Mississippi Code of 1972, shall stand repealed from and after the transfer of the plan's assets and liabilities as provided in Section 83-48-5(6)(i). Laws, 2005, ch. 539, § 7; reenacted and amended, Laws, 2006, ch. 567, § 5, eff. 4/24/2006.
