Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all hearings and proceedings held under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 83-17-123 et seq. and the commissioner shall have all the powers granted to him therein.Laws, 1983, ch. 474, § 15, eff. 7/1/1983.
