A sponsor shall invest the funds of a prepaid legal services plan only in such investments as are authorized by the laws of this state for the investment of assets of domestic casualty insurance companies and subject to the limitations thereon or in such investments as are authorized by the laws of this state for the investment of assets of corporations authorized to transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of Title 83, Mississippi Code of 1972, as the case may be.Laws, 1983, ch. 474, § 20, eff. 7/1/1983.
