Section 83-51-7 - Provisions contrary to this chapter to be void

Any provision in a health insurance policy or employee benefit plan which is delivered, renewed, issued for delivery, or otherwise contracted for in this state which is contrary to this chapter shall, to the extent of such conflict, be void.Laws, 1985, ch. 369, § 4, eff. 7/1/1985.
