Section 83-53-35 - Order, after hearing, as to findings, conclusions, and decision

After such hearing the commissioner shall issue and cause to be served upon the person charged with the violation and any petitioner or intervenor an order setting forth the commissioner's findings, conclusions and decision.Laws, 1986, ch. 440, § 18, eff. 5/6/1986.
