The commissioner is authorized after notice and hearing to promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. The commissioner may require such information as is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. All rules and regulations adopted and promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to the Mississippi Administrative Procedures Law, Section 25-43-1.101 et seq. Laws, 2001, ch. 307, § 15, eff. 7/1/2001.
