Section 83-6-15 - Exemption of insurer, information or transaction from application of sections 83-6-3 through 83-6-19

The provisions of Sections 83-6-3 through 83-6-19 do not apply to any insurer, information or transaction if and to the extent that the commissioner, by rule, regulation or order, exempts the same from the provisions of Sections 83-6-3 through 83-6-19.Laws, 1974, ch. 366, § 2(8), eff. 7/1/1974.
