All laws and parts of laws of this state inconsistent with this chapter are hereby superseded with respect to matter covered by this chapter, but all remedies provided herein for protection of policyholders and the public shall be construed as cumulative and supplemental to any remedies now existing under the law.Laws, 1974, ch. 366, § 12, eff. 7/1/1974.
